Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which should be closely monitored up until the item has arrived. 

Please note that once the package packed and shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your order to you. We do not have control over the package once it is dropped off. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you do come across this issue, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
